ALUMINUM PROFILE EXTRUDING SIMULATION ANALYZED

Using fast, simple and accurate metal extrusion simulation tools, visualizly, and with advanced numerical algorithms to do the extrusion processing with virtual molds in fictitious extrusion environment, so as to predict visible or invisible extrusion defects, and determine the cause of the defects and failure areas, including profile deformation. profile surface gquality, die strength, work bearing design, hollow profile welding surface prediction, scarfskin tracking analysis (end defects), grain structure prediction, pressure distribution, strain distribution, temperature management and so on.
Xingshun has specially set up a research team for simulation test technology. The members cooperate according to the division such as 3D drawing, model building,simulation operating, report analysis, etc. After the simulation, they can selectively print a comprehensive report, or enter every classified interface to check separate result like stress flow rate, etc. The analysis is used as an important reference for the establishment of the die design plan.
