Since 2017, Xingshun Company has engaged in management and technical cooperation with well-known Japanese mold companies, upgrading to the Japanese 5S management standard, and continuously improving mold design and processing levels under the technical guidance of Japanese engineers. Xingshun Company has gathered a group of senior and influential engineering technicians and management personnel in the mold industry to provide technical support for various links such as design, manufacturing, and inspection. The design department is composed of more than 20 specialized technical personnel with high-level and intermediate technical titles. During the production process, there are over ten processes with various high-quality, precision, and new mold processing equipment and testing equipment, including Taiwan CNC machining center, imported slow wire cutting, vacuum heat treatment, AFM grinding fluid polishing machine, as well as large lathes and gantry machining centers capable of processing 10000 ton machine extrusion molds.
