Since 2006, Xingshun has collaborated with South China University of Technology to independently develop finite element analysis technology for profile extrusion simulation. Based on the research theory of South China University of Technology and the production experience of Xingshun Mold over the past decade, we have jointly developed an aluminum profile extrusion mold testing software. This technology has gradually matured and is now being used in actual production. It can optimize mold design through data and parameters, improve the pass rate of mold production, and improve mold quality.


Through mathematical, geometric, and mechanical modeling of the aluminum profile extrusion process, simulation and simulation of the aluminum profile extrusion process can clearly display the flow, welding, and forming processes of the billet during the extrusion process, as well as the dynamic distribution of various mechanical and physical parameters during the extrusion process, including material particle flow velocity distribution, temperature distribution, stress distribution, and extrusion pressure distribution.
